Rebecca Weinstein is a distinguished hospitality interior designer with a diverse skill set honed through years of experience. Starting her career as a lead designer at Gensler and Wimberly Interiors, she mastered the entire design process—from strategy and concept to documentation and construction administration. A pivotal moment in her journey was spending a year in Vietnam as the on-site design manager of the 930,000 SF multi-complex MGM Grand Ho Tram Casino and Resort in Vietnam. This immersive experience deepened her understanding of how to build, manage and bring design to life.
Since 2017, Rebecca has transitioned to the owner, operator, and developer side, currently serving as the Vice President of Design at Highgate Hotels. In this role, she engages with the full lifecycle of hospitality, collaborating closely with teams in acquisition, operations, branding, and marketing. This comprehensive involvement has sharpened her project management skills, enabling her to oversee multi-million dollar budgets and tight schedules, while fostering strong leadership to build exceptional teams and create remarkable projects.
In 2021, Rebecca was honored as one of Hospitality Design's Wave of the Future; recognized as a rising leader in the industry.
